Building Tenant Power. Together

We are Connecticut tenants. We come from all backgrounds and walks of life. We belong to different races and ethnicities, cultures and religions, genders and sexual orientations. We speak different languages. We have different abilities. We are human beings. We are trying to live. We are a movement.

And we demand safe and stable housing for all. 

Whether we're in the boardroom or in the streets, we're here to fight for the just and sustainable future that we deserve. We all need a place to call home, a place where we can flourish and build community. And that's exactly what we're building.

Landlords cannot be allowed to treat our homes as speculative investments, subjecting us to exploitation and uncertainty. In this ever-changing world, as we All face unprecedented challenges, we are taking action.

We must create a Connecticut for the multiracial working class—a Connecticut which guarantees a home for all, and which stands for the well-being of all its citizens. We are here to build a better world, for ourselves and for all generations to come.
